This page does something — it is not a list of instructions. Every request below is recorded with a date and a reference number, and an opt-out is applied to the list our systems actually check before sending anything.
One thing to know first: opting out of marketing does not cancel messages about work already in progress. If we have an inspection booked, a job on your roof, or an agreement in place, we may still contact you about that specific work, and we may still send messages the law requires. Those stop when the work does — or sooner, if you call and ask.

Request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct something, or ask us to delete it.
We ask for an email or a phone number and nothing else, because that is all we need to find your records and reply. We may need to confirm you control that address or number before we release or delete anything — that check protects you, not us. We aim to respond within 45 days.
