Most people do not visit a roofing website because they enjoy roofing. They visit because something happened — a stain appeared on a ceiling, a neighbour's roof got replaced, or a twenty-year-old roof finally started asking for attention. What they want is simple: to understand what they are looking at, and to know what to do next.

That is the idea behind Website 2.0. It is not a coat of paint on the old site. It is a rebuild of how a homeowner moves through it.

Built around the homeowner, not the company

The old site was organised the way a roofing company thinks — by service, by department, by category. The new one is organised the way a homeowner asks questions.

  • Cleaner, calmer pages. Less to read before you find the part that applies to you.
  • Navigation that names things plainly. Services, Service Areas, Pricing, Process, Materials, Our Work, Our Legacy — you can see the whole company from any page.
  • A real mobile experience. The site is used from a phone more often than anything else, usually standing in a driveway. It is built for that first.
  • Fewer steps to the thing you came for. An inspection, an estimate, or a phone call is never more than a tap away.

Within about a minute on the new site, a homeowner should be able to answer: who PL Roofing & Remodeling is, what services we offer, what their roofing options might be, how our process works, how to schedule an inspection, and how to start an estimate.

Your Roof Estimate Starts in 60 Seconds

The part we are proudest of is the one that removes the most friction. Getting a roofing project started should not require a phone call you have to schedule around your workday.

  1. Enter the property information. Your address is enough to begin.
  2. Answer a few basic roofing questions. Plain questions, in plain language.
  3. Continue toward an estimate and the appropriate next steps.

To be clear about what this is: the 60-Second Estimate is how you begin. It gets you an informed starting range and a clear next step in about a minute. The final number for your roof depends on things nobody can guess from a form — roof size, pitch, materials, layers, decking condition and access — which is what the free inspection is for.

Roofing information that is actually easy to find

A homeowner deciding between a repair and a replacement should not have to become a roofing expert first. Website 2.0 puts the explanations where the questions are asked.

Who we are, and what the site had to reflect

PL Roofing & Remodeling is a family-owned roofing contractor based in Spring, serving the greater Houston area in English and Spanish. Eloy Pico founded the company and still runs it, bringing more than twenty years of roofing experience to it. The family that inspects your roof is the family that answers when you call back — not a call center in another state.

That matters to a website more than it sounds like it should. If the people who do the work are the people who answer the phone, the site should sound like them: plain, specific, and willing to tell you when you do not need us.

What we stand for

  • Proof, not promises. Every roof is documented with drone and ground photographs — at the first inspection, during the work, and after the final cleanup. You never have to take our word for what is up there.
  • Honest recommendations. If a repair will do the job, we say repair. Free inspections come with no pressure and no scare tactics.
  • Plain language, in either language. Written estimates you can actually read, and every step explained in English or Spanish.
  • Straight answers about insurance. We document storm damage and provide a contractor estimate you can hand to your insurer. We are a roofing contractor, not a public insurance adjuster, and we do not waive insurance deductibles.
  • We leave it clean. Debris hauled off and a magnetic nail sweep before the crew leaves.
  • We stand behind it. A written workmanship warranty from a roofer who stays local.

Website 2.0 exists to put all of that where you can find it in a minute, instead of asking you to trust a homepage and hope.

Why Website 2.0 Is Better Than Before

The previous website did its job well. It introduced the company, it brought in work, and it taught us — through the questions people kept calling to ask — exactly where it was falling short. Website 2.0 is the answer to those questions.

  • Faster navigation, with fewer dead ends.
  • A cleaner visual presentation that lets the information lead.
  • Noticeably better usability on a phone.
  • Roofing education placed alongside the decisions it informs.
  • Services that are easier to discover, and easier to tell apart.
  • An estimate and an inspection that are always within reach.
  • A clearer next step on every page.

The short version: the website has grown along with the company.

Start where it suits you

A better roofing experience should begin long before anyone sets foot on your roof. Look around the new site, read as much or as little as you want, and start whenever you are ready.

And if you would rather just talk to a person, that has not changed either — call or text and we will pick up.
